Eld and Kageko, along with the help of the mysterious Zero, infiltrated a secret research installation in Ithaca. They ran smack into a running battle between security and the base’s test subjects. They were forced to hide out with the help of the base’s AI – Ellie.
Meanwhile, the rest of the group continued their investigation. Tempers rose, and Manny and Eddie ran off. Things are coming apart at the edges. Scott must plunge forward, to discover the truth of his heritage and the things that were done to his family.
