Dungeons and Dragons – Curse of Innistrahd Episode 20
It was on a cold day, filled with slowly falling snow that we see Baron Krezkov. Bald on top with his earth brown skin and wiry ring of white hair he was resolute, a dark spot amongst the pale ground. He was kneeling with a face so stony if appeared carved, glancing into the uncovered rectangle of dark dirt growing lighter with frost. He had lost so much. His wife, sturdy and willed had run out of tears before he had. And in this moment he did not think himself a strong man, simply there, broken and cold at the grave of yet another child.
But as we pull back we know he is wrong. A kneeling man, sturdy, holding the crumbling world together in the cold of snow, surrounded under the Hawthorne forest by other dark figures. Carpenters, farmers, blacksmiths, weavers all. His people. They stood around him in reverent mourning, a town supported by one man. And though he thought he wouldn’t make it through another day, he was wrong.
And in being wrong, he was strong. He was Krezk

You shall cross many sunsets, make new journeys for yourselves on metal birds across the emptiness behind the stars. All for the safety of men and women we shall never see. You are the Drakon’s Teeth, and your enemies lie in pieces before you. For every sister or brother that does not make his way back to his Father Tree, you will carry the blade. And they will weigh heavily upon you, for they will have drunk their fill of blood beforehand.

Dungeons and Dragons – Curse of Innistrahd Episode 19
The angels were gone. Not that they were ever particularly present here in the fog occluded black cliffs of Stensia. But there was a time where the cloud white wings navigated the spired mountains to the awe of the hardened folks below. Veonia loved them. She cared for them, knights kept at her side. She defended them as best she could.
And Veonia was gone.
There was a hole left. The Avacynian wards barely enough to support miracles let alone the angels themselves in this land of blacks and reds. And her knights of gleaming silver vanished into obscurity and decay as the assaults wouldn’t cease.
But they knew. Even in death they knew the anger of loss. The strength it gave them.
If only it was enough.

Only War – Severan Dominate Episode 7
Care of members of the Homo Sapiens Gigantus subgenus must be undertaken with some delicacy. Normally, this robust cousin of mainline humanity does not require much medical care as such – their hardy physiology renders light injuries or minor pre-existing conditions inconsequential.
That being said, when major injuries are suffered, the inability of most Ogryn to properly grasp the complexities of anatomy means that several extra precautions must be taken. Triple dosages of most drugs are required, and the daunting task of securing the patient may be necessary if, for example, the patient seeks to “help” you in removing bullets from his chest cavity with his bare fingers. Be commanding – while fierce in battle, the Ogryn is a docile creature when given an authority to obey.
-Excerpt from Mending Body and Spirit, Together, a standard-issued Dominate Medicae text.
The fallout from the unorthodox handling of Operation Puzzle Box begins moments after the squad leaves their commandeered vehicles. Prisoners must be remanded to the appropriate authorities. Differences between different branches of command need to be sorted out. And a ten-foot pile of muscle and tears must be assured that he is not, in fact, dead.

Dungeons and Dragons – Curse of Innistrahd Episode 18
Death is not a mystery. Not exactly. The people of Innistrad welcomed its inevitability, the idea of a freedom and reprieve. But yet they feared that fall, that curtain keeping them apart as the rest drew close.
And who can blame them dear listener? It is not I who would proclaim to have no fear of what lies in my eternal slumber, be it dream or nightmare. But that realm must be peaceful, lest the geists not try so hard to grasp onto it, and those even whose bodies are raised by ghoul callers don’t even see need to always return.
The demons and angels play with the hearts and souls of the people. But we know better. We know how to be kind. We know how to be vicious How to work for a life. How to earn our death. That’s why mortality and morality falls to us. I can only hope we are fit for it. And dear listener, I can only hope you and our adventurers deserve it.
