Road Trip Session 9 – Smile (Part 1)

Following yet another week in the hospital, the kids start making their way to the Florida Everglades.  Cash has started to get tight, though, and the kids have to make a stop in Summerset Valley and spend the end of their cash on a Super 8 room in the meantime.  Following a few weird antics, the kids head to sleep, only to be awakened by a knock from a mysterious stranger.  He doesn’t have much to tell them, other than the fact that their lives are in danger. . .

I love your podcasts! They’re really cool to listen to and it would be awesome as a tv show. I have a question though. Which series of podcasts was the first one you did? It seems like the albino and grinning man are from another series or session. I would appreciate if you could send me an answer and thank you for doing such awesome roleplay. 😉

Hi! I’m not one of the players, but I wanted to say that I have agreed wholeheartedly since I started listening almost a year ago. I don’t know for certain, but I actually think this might have been their first campaign as The Drunk and The Ugly…? As for the albino, either Nate has made a lot of albino boys in Catholic school uniforms, or just one that gets around a lot. He’s also shown up in Mrs. Frieda’s Halfway Home and Shin Megami Tensei.

Oh wow I’m not sure how I missed this. Zero and The Grinning Man were both introduced to the Road-Trip-verse in this series of games.
